Since our firm's establishment in 1976, Bain, Files, Jarrett, Bain & Harrison, P.C. has provided clients throughout East Texas with the highest quality legal representation in family law cases.

Our attorneys continuously develop and hone their skills in a firm culture that emphasizes high ethical standards, teamwork, and professional development. All of our attorneys hold board certifications in Texas. We believe we have more board certified family law attorneys than any other law firm in East Texas. Our attorneys are frequent presenters at continuing legal education seminars and contributors to legal publications.

In addition to our lawyers, Bain, Files, Jarrett, Bain & Harrison, P.C. provides you a highly qualified staff. Our seven certified paralegals are certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants. Three of our certified paralegals are also Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

While advocacy skills are of paramount importance, our firm has also adapted to meet the changing needs and requirements of our clients on other fronts. We have a state-of-the-art computer network and document management system, which together with electronic and voice mail, provides clients with quick access to the attorneys in our offices. Our office is on the downtown square of Tyler, Texas, directly between the Smith County Courthouse and the U.S. Federal Courthouse.
